1. Generally in PBX systems, business hours need to be set up. Like, If the working hours is 8am to 7pm, then you have to feed that in your system. It could be lot easier, if it could be done on the basis of working days and non- working days.
2. In starting, it is tough to record all the outgoing messages. But do not be impatient as it takes some days to get used to it.
3. In virtual office you can use the toll free number or 800 numbers. But to get the advantage you need an extension number, otherwise the caller will get disconnected after sometime.
4. If you want to change a setting you will have to call the system. For that you will need all the codes which are required to be entered. This is clumsy. You can use the dash board if possible as it is hassle free.
These are few inconveniences which you may face while using your virtual PBX. These are not big defects. As the system is advanced, it has complex functions to perform. This makes the procedure time consuming to learn. Once you know the details about it, you will be the master to handle it. This will certainly help your business to grow day by day.
