3.    In virtual office you can use the toll free number or 800 numbers. But to get the advantage you need an extension number, otherwise the caller will get disconnected after sometime.

4.    If you want to change a setting you will have to call the system. For that you will need all the codes which are required to be entered. This is clumsy. You can use the dash board if possible as it is hassle free.

These are few inconveniences which you may face while using your virtual PBX. These are not big defects. As the system is advanced, it has complex functions to perform.
